How do I know the freelancers are reliable?

Yes. All Freelancers must pass an annual background check administered by Checkr, a third-party service, in order to make offers on Cadre projects. When you receive an offer, you can be assured that the Freelancer has cleared a background check against social security number, national criminal, sex offender, and global watch-list databases.
