There are three ways to provide a lead or area lead a bonus.
1) The best way is, while entering your program into Cadre, to set the daily rate budget higher for any lead position. This will differentiate the lead position from other event positions and attract the best qualified Freelancer to make offers on this higher budgeted lead position. Then you can contract your lead(s) at this higher rate.
2) Once contracted, click Add Bonus in the options.
3) Lastly, you will be given an opportunity to provide a bonus when completing each contract.
