Freelancers must complete their profile to make an offer on an event. When you are notified that you need to resolve profile items, sign into your account, go to your dashboard, and click on the "Resolve" button in the top left tile. This will show you which items you must resolve in order to complete your profile. Go to the My Account and My Profile sections at the bottom of the left hand column to find these items (indicated in red) and fix them to complete your profile. Repeat until there are no profile items left to resolve and your become Active.
