Does Cadre automatically renew my background check?

No. Cadre does not automatically renew your background check. Background checks are valid for 12 months. Once it expires, your profile will become inactive until you renew your background check. You will still be able to view events, but you will not be able to bid until your account is active again.

If you need to renew your background check, follow these steps:

• Go to the "My Account" section of your dashboard.
• Then go to the "Background Check" tab.
• Once you are on the Background Check screen, you will see a blue button that says "Renew."
• Click this button to complete the background check renewal.
