How do I file a workers comp claim?

If you have been injured while executing a Cadre contract and you have elected to use Cadre's workers compensation policy, please:

- Complete this incident report as soon as the incident occurs.  

- Submit your incident report along with all receipts for injury-incurred expenses to [e-mail]. 

- Include the event name and number in your subject line.
