If you have been contracted for an event you can no longer work, follow these steps:
1. Contact your Hiring Manager immediately
2. He/she will initiate a Contract Change Request, canceling your contract
3. Accept the Contract Change Request
4. Once accepted, submit a 0 expense report to complete the cancellation
5. Note: if you have received previous funds such as a per diem, they will be debited from your bank account
