How do I change a contracted Freelancer's daily rate?

If the Freelancer's daily rate has increased, add a transaction type "Bonus" for the total additional amount. If the Freelancer's daily rate has decreased, select Request Refund/Cancellation which will initiate a message to the Freelancer so he/she can refund the total decreased amount.
