What does "Shortlisting" a Freelancer mean?

When you “Shortlist” a Freelancer, you are tagging him/her (internal note to you) as someone that you are considering using on your event. Sorting your Shortlist is a good way to organize, invite to bid, and contract your preferred Freelancers.
