What does "Favoriting" a Freelancer mean?

When you “Favorite” a Freelancer, you are tagging him/her (internal note to you) as one of your favorite Freelancer to work with and one that you may want to invite to bid on future events. Cadre places all your favorites into your "Team" for easy review.
