Difference between Q&A and Messages?

The Q&A section allows Hiring Managers and Freelancers to communicate during the offer process and remains open until all positions on the event have been contracted.  Q&A communications are not private and can be seen by all Freelancers.

Messages are communications between Hiring Managers and contracted Freelancers. The Hiring Manager can group message his/her entire team or can private message an individual Freelancer.
