What does passing on a position mean?

When you choose to "pass" on a position, it signifies that you are simply choosing to not make an offer on that position. The benefit of passing on a position, instead of ignoring it, is that if you pass on all positions within an event, then Cadre will remove that event from your "New" events queue. This may make your event review and offer process more manageable. Of course, if you change your mind and want to make an offer on a position that you previously passed on, you can still access that event in the "All" queue and make an offer on any remaining position in "Available" positions.
