How do I respond to an interview request?

If a Hiring Manager likes your offer, then he/she can reply to your pitch. This opens one-to-one messaging within Cadre between you and the Hiring Manager. When this happens, Cadre will notify you via email, so keep an eye out. Hiring Managers often like to use this chat feature to interview or set up a phone interview with Freelancers that they have not worked with before. A good interview means you are more likely to be selected and contracted by the Hiring Manager.
