What happens if I have to cancel my event?

We get it. Sometimes things change. We seek to provide an equitable solution to both you and your contracted staff when a cancellation occurs. Cadre provides a 100% refund for a cancellation outside 45 days from the contract start date. Within 45 days, we refund a lower percentage to you based on our cancellation fee schedule.
