How do I cancel a contract?

Go to the position that the Freelancer is contracted for, and under "Options", select "Initiate cancel/refund contract". This will open a dialogue with your Freelancer to discuss the cancellation. Please note: Cancellations with less than 45 days of Staff Start Date will incur cancellation fees.
