How can I interview a Freelancer?

If you like a Freelancer's offer, but want to clarify skills, or conduct an interview prior to contracting him/her, then simply reply to his/her pitch. This will open up one-to-one messaging within Cadre between you and the Freelancer. We will notify your Freelancer that you have opened up a chat, and they will reply shortly. Use the chat to conduct an interview, negotiate rates, or set up a time to talk. When you are ready to contract, just review and accept their offer, agree to Cadre's terms and conditions, and fund their escrow. We will instantly notify your selections that you have contracted them.
